I sit at the strategic end of product – building business cases and multi-quarter roadmaps for the Admin platform that shape direction beyond my own squad and turning ambiguous problems into approved, delivered outcomes. I also level up the wider product team through reusable tooling and mentoring, and I’m a hands-on adopter of AI tooling.

  • Developed the first roadmap initiative, bulk user creation, projected to reduce manual support by 26 hours per month (57%) and generate £16.3k in annual staff savings.
  • Quantified the wider admin-modernisation opportunity, projecting 350–480 resourcing hours and £25k–£45k of seat-change handling costs saved per year through bulk editing, with user-level changes making up 26% of support incidents.
  • Took ownership of the Teams Plan launch within my first three weeks, expanding scope to deliver additional customer-facing functionality; drove 2.6x growth in active users over the first year, an estimated £140k revenue.
  • Delivered the end-to-end solution for MCP and API deal creation, design to production in under a month; the OAuth2/MCP channel has since scaled from 12 users and 570 calls at launch to ~290 monthly active users and ~21k monthly calls, adopted across enterprise clients.
  • Influenced product strategy beyond my own squad to prioritise critical cookie technical debt, reducing incidents affecting internal users and customers.
  • Introduced AI-powered interactive HTML presentations and reusable Cursor automation now used across multiple teams, alongside rapid prototyping techniques that improved stakeholder engagement, accelerated feedback and enabled internal user testing.
  • Nominated for Employee of the Month three times within my first year.

Tools

Throughout my career, I have worked with an extensive range of tools across product, design and engineering – the ones below are a snapshot, not an exhaustive list. I pick up new platforms quickly to suit whatever a company needs.

For core Product Manager work, I use Jira for user stories and Confluence for documentation, alongside Miro for stakeholder workshops and ideation. I have adopted AI tooling early, using Cursor and Claude (including Claude Design) for interactive fully functional HTML slides, building functional prototypes and the creation of technical user stories, which has now been adopted across squads in my current role. On the platform side, I have worked hands-on with Salesforce and WorkOS for identity and CRM integrations, and Contentful, Drupal and WordPress for content management.

For research and decision-making, I rely on Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar and Mixpanel to turn user behaviour into product direction, with Maze for usability testing and Tableau for deeper data analysis.

The right tools only matter alongside the judgement to use them well – my focus is always on integrating them into a workflow that serves the outcome, not the tool itself.

Tools

Throughout my career, I have worked with an extensive range of tools and software across industries. While the tools listed here represent many of the key technologies I have used, they are by no means exhaustive. My adaptability and willingness to learn mean I can quickly pick up new platforms or software to suit a companies individual requirements.

For my Product Manager work, I regularly use JIRA to capture user stories and Confluence to contain the overview of the work, alongside detailed development documentation. Miro is a staple of mine as I find it is a great and easy way to involve clients / stakeholders; it has great integrated apps to bring a project to life. In terms of design tools, I have used industry staples such as – Figma, InVision and Zeplin for creating compelling visuals and user interfaces. For prototyping and wireframing, I’ve utilised Axure and more recently, interactive tools like Proto.io and Marvel.

On the development side – whilst still in it’s infancy, my experience includes content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow, as well as coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JSON. Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Adobe Analytics have been instrumental in driving data-driven decisions to optimise user experiences.

I believe the right tools are only as effective as the expertise behind them. My experience allows me to seamlessly integrate these tools into workflows, ensuring every project benefits from cutting-edge capabilities tailored to its goals.
