Tools

Throughout my career, I have worked with an extensive range of tools and software across industries. While the tools listed here represent many of the key technologies I have used, they are by no means exhaustive. My adaptability and willingness to learn mean I can quickly pick up new platforms or software to suit a companies individual requirements.

For my Product Manager work, I regularly use JIRA to capture user stories and Confluence to contain the overview of the work, alongside detailed development documentation. Miro is a staple of mine as I find it is a great and easy way to involve clients / stakeholders; it has great integrated apps to bring a project to life. In terms of design tools, I have used industry staples such as – Figma, InVision and Zeplin for creating compelling visuals and user interfaces. For prototyping and wireframing, I’ve utilised Axure and more recently, interactive tools like Proto.io and Marvel.

On the development side – whilst still in it’s infancy, my experience includes content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow, as well as coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JSON. Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Adobe Analytics have been instrumental in driving data-driven decisions to optimise user experiences.

I believe the right tools are only as effective as the expertise behind them. My experience allows me to seamlessly integrate these tools into workflows, ensuring every project benefits from cutting-edge capabilities tailored to its goals.
